Today, we’re excited to share a major milestone in our work to help every company own their AI: Fireworks has signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with AWS, to advance joint go-to-market efforts, bringing highly performant, scalable open source AI solutions to customers. We have also achieved the AWS Generative AI Competency Partner status, a recognition of our expertise helping customers train, fine-tune, and deploy GenAI workloads on AWS.
Builders on AWS have used Fireworks to bring custom models into production with higher performance and lower costs. Earlier this year, we launched native integrations for Amazon SageMaker AI and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, allowing developers to train, fine-tune, and deploy their models inside the AWS workflows they already trust. This new collaboration builds upon that foundation, expanding it into a comprehensive set of resources to support our joint customers at scale. Leveraging AWS’s reliable, next-gen infrastructure, Fireworks enables businesses to deploy and scale their AI models with confidence, meeting growing demand without compromising performance.
Fireworks and the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center Startup Team are launching a startup acceleration program to attract and support AI-native startups in their journey from rapid experimentation to production-scale deployment. The collaboration combines the Innovation Center’s deep technical advisory and implementation expertise with Fireworks' developer-focused, open-source generative AI stack to reduce time-to-market for startups.
Through funded proof-of-concepts (POCs) and hands-on model customization and deployment support, the program addresses traditional friction points for founders that need the flexibility of open models, the performance of Fireworks’ inference platform, and the scale of AWS services. The program targets onboarding qualified startups starting early 2026, and includes co-event initiatives targeting startups from top accelerators, top-tier VC portfolios, and curated founder communities.
